One of my favorite pizzas I’ve ever had was a pesto pizza with roasted red peppers and black olives on top.
So for this pizza, I actually added the roasted red peppers to the pesto itself and just used sliced black olives to top the pizza.

Keto Spinach Pesto for Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 375° F. Make one low carb pizza crust.
- Spread 3/4 cup of the keto spinach pesto on top of the low carb pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto. Do the same with the olive halves.
- Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes till cheese is melted. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy!
