Keto Pesto Pizza with Olives

Pesto pizza is great with so many different toppings. My favorite is probably the easiest: black olives.

One of my favorite pizzas I’ve ever had was a pesto pizza with roasted red peppers and black olives on top.

So for this pizza, I actually added the roasted red peppers to the pesto itself and just used sliced black olives to top the pizza.

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F. Make one low carb pizza crust. Pizza Crust Low Carb (Almond Flour)
  2. Spread 3/4 cup of the keto spinach pesto on top of the low carb pizza crust. Keto pesto on pizza dough
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto. Do the same with the olive halves. Add black olives and mozzarella to keto black olive pizza
  4. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes till cheese is melted. Cut into 8 slices and enjoy! Pesto pizza with black olives, baked
