1/3 cup frozen strawberry halves or slices
Juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon fresh ginger root (or 1 teaspoon if you don't like spicy)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup spinach or kale
2-3 squirts stevia drops
1/4 avocado, peeled
