Yes! Other great keto burrito bowl ingredients you could sub in are: cheddar cheese, riced cauliflower, guacamole, chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce, cilantro, bell pepper, green chiles, and red onion. In this post I suggest sweet pork or ground beef taco meat, but other great ideas are fajita chicken, shredded chicken, or carnitas.

My absolute favorite for Mexican style salads and burrito bowls is this Keto Tomatillo Dressing. If I have it in the fridge, it goes on everything. Tomatillos are a favorite of mine and I just love their fresh bright flavor in dressings.
Keto Breakfast Burrito Bowl Recipe
These low carb keto breakfast burrito bowls have it all! Scrambled eggs, keto sweet pork, avocados, salsa, sour cream, and cotija cheese--breakfast will never be the same!
- 3 cooked scrambled eggs
- 1/2 cup keto sweet pork or keto taco meat (see notes below for both links)
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 3 tablespoons sugar free salsa
- 2 tablespoons full fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cotija cheese
- lime wedges (optional)
- Split all ingredients evenly between two bowls, adding cooked scrambled eggs, warm keto sweet pork or keto taco meat and diced avocado first.
- Add a dollop of sour cream to each bowl and sprinkle with the cotija cheese. Enjoy!
