Individual Keto Cheesecake Cups

A big cheesecake is nice, but it’s so convenient to have these cheesecake jars!

No bake cheesecakes are naturally softer, so they can be a bit messy when you slice into them.

But if you break the cheesecake into smaller individual servings and put them in cute little jars or cups, it reduces the mess you get from slicing.

AND they look so cute all lined up on a table for a party!

Wouldn’t it be so fun to make a bunch of these plain mini cheesecakes for a party and then also make all of the cheesecake toppings from the list below? You could put each topping on the party table for a self-serve customizable keto cheesecake dessert!

Best Sweeteners for These No Bake Keto Mini Cheesecakes

In general, keto sweeteners don’t dissolve as easily as regular sugar. If it’s a baked or cooked dessert, it’s no problem to get the sweetener to dissolve with heat.

It’s a different story when you’re not applying heat. This is why it’s very important when making keto no bake desserts to use a powdered sweetener.

My favorite for this reason (and for taste!) is powdered monkfruit sweetener, which is used both in the crust and the filling of these cheesecakes.
