You're in luck if you're looking for the best homemade keto triple berry topping for your cheesecake, pancakes, or ice cream! Try this easy sugar free berry sauce for cheesecake and you'll see.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup raspberries
- 1/2 Cup blackberries
- 1/2 Cup blueberries
- 1/3 Cup Lakanto monkfruit sweetener
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Add the berries, sweetener, and lemon juice to a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally. Use the back of a wooden spoon to mash the berries slightly to release the juices.
- Simmer berries for about 10 minutes (or longer if you prefer thicker sauce). Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat and enjoy on top of cheesecake, pancakes, or ice cream! Save any leftover sauce in a sealed container the refrigerator for up to one week.
